My BYOP experience and working with Doug Gorsuch was ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! I live in Austin on Lake Travis. My dad built his own pool back in the day and I wanted to do the same in his honor. This is my second time working with Doug and the gang at BYOP. He is extremely knowledgeable and there’s no way I could’ve done this without him. There’s so many quirks to building pools and what I have built on both occasions were unique one-off set ups. He help me understand what I would be up against and what I needed. Very happy with the results.
From start to finish BYOP has been great to work with. This was our first pool install, and Doug was so helpful along the way. We liked being able to control the process and have a more hands on experience. Everything worked smoothly and each of the subs, was responsive and professional and all spoke highly of BYOP. When we decided we were wanting a pool, I came across BYOP and was intimidated with the process. After talking with previous customers, we ultimately decided to move forward. The savings and build time were both incredible! Doug was available anytime I needed him, to include a Sunday morning when the plumbers were here. If I could change one thing, it would be knowing ahead of time which contractors I would need to make color selections for and try and get a list of options ahead of time.
