This group did minor renovations on a property I was selling. A mirror which they had placed on the bathroom wall fell off the wall in the middle of the night, hit a tap and flooded two units downstairs. They walked away from their responsibilities, and I am still short $10,000 from last July because they refuse to settle the matter with the Owners Corporation of the unit, despite the fact that the mirror falling off the wall was entirely their fault. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
