We purchased a new construction home from Build Urban (BU) in 2019. Since closing on the home and still today, they have ignored our email requests and calls to honor our New Home Warranty. As a result of BU failing to honor our contractual agreement, it has cost us thousands of dollars to fix their sub-par quality work for a home that is less than two years old. If you are considering purchasing a home from Build Urban, I highly recommend against it!
Edson G********, Owner of Build Urban, purchased a house next door to us in Seattle 5 years ago. In the 5 years he has owned it, the home has become an eyesore with squatters and trash strewn across the exterior. Edson has promised to take action multiple times but never follows through.
