I’ll give this company an A for roof replacement and a B for their gutters. They get a D for choice of gutter guards they installed on my home. When it comes to customer service, standing behind their work and returning to correct mistakes Aaron Marbut gets a FFF+++. He has admitted that though he installed a good quality guard, it turns out it wasn’t the right choice for my steep pitched roof. I can’t say enough good things about Build-Tek Construction! After a heavy storm, my gutter came off the back of my house, pulling some of the fascia with it. With all the rain we’ve been getting, I was really worried about potential water damage and stressed about finding someone who could help quickly. So happy to have found Build-Tek Construction! They are very professional, provide excellent customer service, and offer competitive pricing. They came out quickly to determine the issue causing a leak and were able to schedule the repair and replacement job earlier than expected. My new roof looks amazing and the clean up was as if they were never there. Big thank you to Justin for his excellent communication throughout the process. Came out quickly after storm damage. Provided a quote that listed all items discussed in itemized fashion. Of 3 bids, was in the middle but I had the most confidence with Build Tek. Started work faster than quoted at time of bidding which was a huge plus. Work looks great. Easy to get along with.
