I rented an apartment from Build It Detroit Construction and the entire rental process was very straightforward and professional. The application and move-in process was quick, and I was able to get everything completed within just a few days, which made finding a Detroit apartment rental much less stressful. I’m currently a tenant and really enjoy the home I’m living in. If you’re looking for quality rental housing in Detroit with a responsive team and an easy leasing process, I would definitely recommend Build It Detroit.

I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. During the application process communication was fine, after I paid my deposit of $1750.00 the communication lightened up a bit. There was a lot of miscommunication and fortunately for myself I did not sign a lease to lock myself into a 2-year leasing contract. I decided not to move forward with the unit.
