Nick was super easy to work with and communicative throughout. The pre project plan was well thought out, fairly & transparently priced, and we were even able to get snuck in ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend working with this team for any outdoor space renovation, we’ll certainly be doing it again in the future!

BuildIt ATX was the contractor hired to build a poolside cabana and revamp our back patio area. They did an amazing job. Not only do we absolutely love spending time in our backyard now, the service was even better. We had the best experience with Build it ATX from start to finish. Fionn came up with the best and most cost efficient solution for our crazy and challenging project of building from scratch a 2-story deck around an integrated swim spa with a motorized rolling deck cover. The whole project was well managed and coordinated despite the difficulty of first building half the deck together with an engineering platform with adjustable height to lay the swim spa on and then build the rest of the 2 level deck. Fionn and his crew replaced out existing patio cover. The original was a mess, and a danger. We started getting quotes back in Oct. 2024 and took our time getting a ton of quotes. With any contractor, there's a leap of faith, and glad we took this one. The new patio cover is solid as a rock: steel posts, wood beams, soffit (which was stained) and a beautiful paint job. We plan to use Fionn for a future full siding and paint job.
