Just a horrible experience from the start. We had our primary bathroom remodeled in 2021 and I am still fuming from the experience. 1. The salesman told us all of their cabinets were built in house. Ours were subcontractor to a builder in Las Vegas, NV. (Thorp Custom Cabinets) 2. The salesman said he would verify the wood with us before our cabinets were built because the salesman didn't have it with him. We got a call saying they were ready to go on our project. We had a steam shower installed and small bathroom remodel completed last fall. All the work was completed by Johnathan, who did an excellent job from start to finish! He was thorough, clean and clearly an expert installer. He would arrive on time each morning, and leave with things tidied up until his return the following day. Incredible remodel by B-a-B. Hand-crafted by Luis, 30-year experienced remodeler, he did everything, from tear-outs of tub/shower combo, built-in tub, shower stall, and flooring, to tiling of the same, shimming walls and installing waterproof board, installing mosaic accents, installing LVT, you name it.
