RecommendedHad a disappointing experience, or two. But the GM got involved and resolved my dilema. Am hoping the same level of customer focus is carried on to the rest of the Service departments staff. So that my next appointment or parts order is a pleasant one.
At first they told me to be about 2 1/2 hours and then they got me down in less than an hour. Great place to go.
Brought my car in to fix a smashed window, quoted $700. insurance won’t cover it so I called to tell them not to work on it. They then said they were going to charge $200 as they vacuumed the car. $200 for a vacuuming the car! Insane! Robbery! Shouldn’t that be a complimentary service?
I bring my car for service they told me that I need the front breaks at the end when I pick up my car they say that I don’t and after 3 days the car was showing that I need the breaks so I bring my car to Alexander Mini for service on alameda and they told me that they never check the breaks and don’t even add any notes about it I’m so disappointed and I’ll never comeback to mini Santa Monica and I don’t recommend that store for your service is better if you go farther but at least you know that they’ll check your car and do... read more
Their service people are nice guys, but completely overwhelmed. I had a confirmed appointment for a simple inspection. I was told when I made the appointment it would just a take couple of hours. When I dropped the car I had to learn that it will take until the rest of the day (some 5+ hours). Further, they agreed on the phone to charge the credit card of a potential buyer of my car, who is at the East Coast. Fun, fun, fun as the Vehicles they sell. Even though we whittled the cost down to bleeding level...they were still fun. Sales Mgr, Finance Manager, everyone. My new Mini dealership of choice for Brokering Mini's! Especially, pre-owned!
