I feel tricked living here and I’m glad to be out. For my unit, there were various issues. They always made excuses about fixing it. Have proof as well. 1. My roof and window leaked whenever it was a bad storm up until the day I moved out. 2. The garage door is very loud, and constant especially late at night. After our experience, it's no surprise this property appears to have high vacancy. We never even had the opportunity to tour the apartments because of our interaction with the staff—specifically, **Lori Parker**. We attempted multiple times to schedule a property tour through the system, but it repeatedly failed. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering an apology for the inconvenience, our experience quickly turned negative. Moved here from Congress Lofts and while that was fine, I like this area so much more. Lori as property manager has been such a refreshing change — she actually responds, gets things handled quickly, and treats you like a person not a unit number. Building's great, location's great, and having someone like Lori running things well makes it feel like home. Highly recommend if you're looking in the area.

Been at Buick Lofts for a while now and honestly the property management is a big reason I haven't thought twice about renewing. They actually answer when you reach out, get stuff fixed without you having to follow up five times, and just seem to genuinely give a damn about the place and the people in it. Idk, in a world where property management usually feels like yelling into a void, this has been refreshingly not that. Building's solid too. Would recommend to anyone looking in the area.
