Great place to live! Maintenance is super responsive—any issues get fixed right away. The property is always clean and secure. Had some noisy neighbors and (somehow!) management got it handled fast and respectfully. Really appreciate how on top of things they are! Lori is the best!

Moved in few months ago and so far I love it! Lori has been super helpful with the moving process and a great landlord who cares about her tenants, and their apartments!
Just wanted to take the time to let everyone know how amazing Lori Parker at (Del Properties) is. She showed me some of their apartments and I was impressed. The apartments were clean, updated and spacious. She was great to work with. We got approved for a place at the Buick Lofts. I was hesitant at first because I had read some of the previous reviews.
