I brought my vehicle into the Buick dealership to address an issue with the passenger seat, where the leather was peeling. The car is still under warranty, and this damage was isolated to a single area with no signs of wear elsewhere, which strongly suggests it’s a material or manufacturing defect—not normal use. Had concern with 2019 tahoe. Had to have towed when calling dealer gave me an appt for Saturday .explained was a bind .service was able get my tahoe inro shop and make repairs . This was great service to help me out. So glad I purchased vehicle there and will alway use there service dept.thank you guy again.
