I walked in Buick today for a business related reason and attempted to converse with Jeff at the front desk and was rudely spoken to. Jeff made unprofessional and disrespectful replies towards my colleague and I and continued to jokingly dismiss us in the same instance. I sincerely hope Mr. Jeff is not a sales associate. I suggest Jeff takes a course on how to correctly communicate with people being he is at the desk that is probably approached the most.
