Awesome service. No crappy markups for silly things. Jorge was a great salesperson and worked with us to get us in the vehicle we wanted at a decent price. We looked around the country to beat the price and didn’t even come close to what we were offered. 10/10 recommend.
Found the best internet deal via TruCar at Case de Cadillac. My salesperson Eric V. really made me feel like family. We test drove the vehicle and he described and pointed out the features which I appreciated. Love the follow up communication over email and texts. Had all the features and upgrades I was looking for.
It was a great experience. They did the work, I waited for maybe an hour to 90 minutes refreshments in the area, in and out what more can I say?
Great car buying experience. Jordan was excellent from internet sales! Smooth transaction and a great straightforward person. Deal was done on the phone. Upfront pricing no add ons. I started my stopwatch when I pulled into the dealership, and stopped it when I left the dealership with my new truck. It was a total of 38 minutes! Jordan made it all easy!
Purchased a Hummer EV from this dealer, not even 1k miles in and I’ve brought it in 3 times to Sherman oaks gmc, I’ve never been treated so poorly by a dealership. Lira Angel, stay away from her and her condescending tone. Doesn’t know the different between a software update and a reset and the need to run a hardware check as advised by corporate. Kept the car for 3 weeks only to replace parts on the car that were already replaced and did not need replacing.
