I had a frustrating experience at this repair location that I feel compelled to share. I paid for a wheel alignment, expecting my car to be properly adjusted and safe to drive. However, after the service, I noticed that the car continued to pull significantly to the right. When I brought this to their attention, the technician casually mentioned that there was "probably" something wrong with the vehicle's alignment or suspension. The worst service and experience that I had with my car, I strongly not recommend. I did a service in my car in April and now had the exactly same problem during warranty that told me that is necessary additional payment $662. I did an appointment on last Saturday arrived and told me that wasn’t possible to do the service and I was with my kid. I came back today monday and didn’t do the service until tomorrow and I have to pickup my son at school . The worst in Gainesville.
