Went there to service my GMC truck. This dealer could not find my extended warranty in their system, which I guess its the same GMC company. Took my truck to the back, then came back and tried to get me to pay over $200 something dollars for the diagnostic. I called the dealership where I purchased my truck and within minutes I had a copy of my extended warranty. EDITED.... Dealership did reach out to address the pricing issue. I was advised that they were not aware of the discrepancy. Was told that it would be handled. Be aware of the 'ol bait and switch pricing model used here. When I made the appointment for my wife's car online it said that the oil change was 81.90 and that the windshield wipers were 19.95. I assumed that was the price... Nope. The oil change was 139.95 and wipers were 59.90. Total ticket for those 2 services was $243.85. I have been a long term customer with thi... read more
Why do they charge $13 for shop rags on an oil change when rags cost 11c a piece money grab. Staff are friendly
Be aware of the 'ol bait and switch pricing model used here. When I made the appointment for my wife's car online it said that the oil change was 81.90 and that the windshield wipers were 19.95. I assumed that was the price... Nope. The oil change was 139.95 and wipers were 59.90. Total ticket for those 2 services was $243.85. I have been a long term customer with this Stealership. But no longer.
