The parts department was friendly and very helpful! The staff is very seasoned and knowledgeable. My parts were ready for pick up quickly and efficiently.
Buyer Be Warned! We bought a Jeep Patriot 6 months ago with the service plan. Buick GMC will not honor their service plan or perform maintenance as scheduled in the agreement. They will however waste your time and money with multiple visits to the serve center at which time they will not address the issues with your vehicle. They do get you in and out of there service area quickly but have not done the maintenance.
