I discovered a coolant leak from my vehicle on the garage floor at my home and was able to schedule an appointment without problem. The service agent displayed excellent customer service, confirmed my concern, arranged to have the repair completed in less than two hours and assisted me with applying my GM reward points to reduce the cost that I had to pay out. I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Christian Watts at GMC of Brandywine. While on vacation, another GMC dealer completely dropped the ball on a purchase we had been working on, leaving us stranded and frustrated.
