Friendly service. No work done
Super crowded parking lot, no parking, be careful
Repair was supposed to be done while I waited. I chose to wait at home and my car was ready 8 days later with no communication from the service department until we called. Our car was ready later that same day. However our interim text communication was ignored and the voicemail messages we left resulted in no response.
Came in for service, which was quick, and service writer Rebekka was super friendly! My problem was the parts guy that was working the day I came in (Christmas Eve). I was trying to order a tire, and the entire time, he was rude. I didn't catch his name mainly due to not wanting to talk with him any longer before I started matching his rude energy.
We always get right in and get our truck the help it needs
