I had a fantastic experience today! Jonathan was extremely patient and answered all my questions without rushing me. The whole process was smooth, fast and stress- free. Highly recommend Jonathan for a great experience.
Repair was supposed to be done while I waited. I chose to wait at home and my car was ready 8 days later with no communication from the service department until we called, several times. Once we spoke to someone, our car was ready later that same day. However our interim text communication was ignored and the voicemail messages we left resulted in no response.
They are all so kind and well trained. I am glad to have a Kia
