Repair was supposed to be done while I waited. I chose to wait at home and my car was ready 8 days later with no communication from the service department until we called, several times. Once we spoke to someone, our car was ready later that same day. However our interim text communication was ignored and the voicemail messages we left resulted in no response.

Online their price for oil change was about $79. I scheduled because of the price. After an hour and oil change had been done. The price came back at $100.40. I was never told about the new prices. Last time I will bring any vehicles to this facility. Plus my tires weren’t rotated as part of the oil change package. No car wash either after paying $100!!!
