Actually "padded" my bill! With a $48+ fee, which wasn't mentioned in the approved charges. They've always been excellent at advising me of all costs before work begins. When I complained to Kelsey, new girl who likes to "circle-back"; she indicated, "this is a Shop Charge Fee and it's something we include on all tickets.
