Got service here on our vehicle. Waited for our vehicle for about 2 weeks. Very upset that the guy named Jared in the front, service advisor was rude. Asked to show us what was done to our vehicle. Instead of showing us he left, after bringing the vehicle and went inside and said “I don’t know why they expect me to stand outside in this heat.” After paying almost 10k and having that type of service is very disappointing. Asked for a copy of the warranty and instead he wrote on the receipt with two initials.
This is the worst service department I have ever seen They have a service writer his name is Jared that guy needs to be delivering papers he definitely don't know how to use a phone or talk to customers.
I had an amazing experience with the wiesner staff and professional team and all the help that was given. Outstanding customer service and support..highly recommended. Thank you Mark
