Thanks to the service department for their excellent customer service. Megan was my Agent and worked diligently with my extended warranty Endurance. As most of you know Endurance uses false pretenses to deny or under pay your claim. Wiesner quoted the price for the repair and Endurance only covered part of the labor hours for the air conditioner repair even though Wiesner used the standard alldata to equate the hours charged.
