New Update 10/1/2025 This visit was for a routine oil change for my Silverado. Even though I have owned my truck for almost 10 years and the warranty is long passed, I still drive from Visalia to Tulare for servicing because they have always made me feel like a valued customer. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Walked in with the intention to buy one car and with all the offers and rebates we walked out with two cars! Sales rep AJ Limon was extremely helpful and made sure we were taken care of. We definitely appreciate the staff and recommend Stone Chevrolet.
I had the best buying experience at Stone Chevrolet! Specifically with JT and Fred who were both super friendly, willing to help, and knowledgeable about their products. Not once did I feel pressured in any way, and the entire team did everything they could to get me the best deal possible. I’m incredibly happy with my car and the fact that my business went to them. Cannot recommend enough!
Finance department is costing your business deals. Either invest in a finance team to help customers and not leave them waiting for 2 hours and still nothing to sign. Glad I went elsewhere . Sales person was great but that’s all the positive I have to say .
Will never take a vehicle to this location ever again they said it was a battery then it’s not now it’s the alternator Cars been there for almost a month. Service manager says a part of your certain day part manager says the same thing that they’re changing a different day, I’ll never shop at this place or buy a vehicle here
