Joey Perez sales person did an excellent job. We enjoyed visiting with all of the staff. Joey explained all the features well and followed up on initial call without pressure. Very impressed.
I dropped my truck off yesterday for an oil change and was never contacted to pick it up. The dealership closed and I was left without my vehicle, which caused me to miss work. When I brought up to service manager he was very dismissive and basically called me a liar because they tried saying they called and left a voicemail when I have records of call logs and even showed him no voicemail was left.
