Merle stone removes all the bad reviews. My previous reviews keep getting taken down. Took my car for a recall and it came out with airbag light on. They also burned out the ignition control module. I drove my car in and it got towed out.
Purchased a buick 3 months ago and the salesman was great but my 3rd time dealing with service 1x for the ew car and 2x for by older Yukon and all 3 times were unpleasant literally wanted to take my cwr and leave 2c. Won't be returning for the purchase of my son's truck next year as planned juts due to service.
New update 11/28/2025 This trip was for preventative maintenance suggested when I was there last. I have had this truck for almost ten years. Sadly I have had my share of issues with this model year of Silverado. I’ve put a lot into this truck to keep it going and I have nothing to fall back on. I have bought 8 cars and have spent hundreds of thousands at Merle stone. If they will throw me under the bus I can only imagine what they would do to someone who only buys 1 new car in their lifetime . I took my car I had bought from them for the ac not working I got a quote for the repair. They wanted and arm and a leg so I decided to pay the diagnostic fee and take my car elsewhere.
