Our salesman (Jeff) was excellent. Very courteous, personable as well as knowledgeable. He made it a great experience. The finance worker (Tanner) was also great to work with and easy to talk to.
Arrived early for my appointment service guys were very attentive to my cars need was very satisfied with the service.
Terrible experience. I have a 2023 gmc 1500 at4 worth around 34k that they were gonna offer me for trade. But tried to scam me out around 3200 of the tax credit on the trade and claimed they didn’t know how Louisiana worked lol They definitely know how Louisiana works. Only 3 states don’t allow that. Then told me that I couldn’t finance with GM. I had to use their bank, or I would loose all the discounts they’re offering. Their prices on vehicles are pretty good, but they way under bid on trade ins and leave you wandering around the lot with no help. If you go find someone, then they're nice enough.
The staff is the best around. Very helpful.
