Leachman killed it!! They worked for several days trying to make a deal work for my husband and I. Though what was needed seemed impossible, Russel and the sales manager made it work!! We are very happy with our purchase and will only buy from here again. Highly recommended! Ask for Russel!
Russell is very thorough. He explained everything to me about my new vehicle. Asked if I had questions. He was a very kind person. Worked with me, helping me to decide about a smaller vehicle. Love my new Cadillac. Get a lot of compliments about the Emerald Green color. It’s beautiful. Thanks to Russell and all the service department, and staff.
Very friendly staff and understanding my concerns there was no pressure from sales to buy or lease also they was kind enough to let me come back the next day and clean out my old ride and I can’t leave out the service department who is knowledgeable as well to lend me a vehicle while my was being serviced you guys are awesome when I get back in the buying process or service I will be contacting the staff at Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac thank you all for all the kindness you guys are awesome
These people were great from start to finish with clear and friendly communication, transparency, and timely delivery of their services. I would definitely use them again, though I hope I never have to, after all…I wrecked my vehicle! All jokes aside, if you’re looking for a collision repair shop, give Leachmann a shot. They won’t disappoint.
I purchased a 2025 Yukon xl at a different dealership out of Tennessee. I immediately had computer problems and wasn’t able to use all the features on my new vehicle. I went to Leachman for help and they ordered the part and got me in quickly. Shining star here was Mark. He came out and went through all the features of my vehicle with me. Very knowledgeable and kind! Thank you Mark!
