Traveling from Williamsburg to Ohio the alternator went out on my Buick Enclave. Once it was at the dealership I worked with Andy from their service center. He was so nice and helpful. He kept me updated on the status throughout the entire process. He made a super stressful situation much easier to get through.

We just moved here, and this was my first visit to Harvey Chevrolet. From the very first phone call to picking up my keys after the service was completed, the staff was incredible. Andy was amazing, he kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a service department as impressive as the team at Harvey’s. They truly made this a great experience.

Everything was perfect. Michelle, Andy, and Neal are always proactively looking out for their customers. Service Tech T.J. correctly diagnosed three lug nuts that were in need of replacement while they were rotating the tires (part of my original service request) and they were quickly replaced at nominal cost. I was also getting new wiper blade inserts and had brought with me the incorrect service coupon for the inserts, this was quickly rectified for me without my asking, and I was soon on my way. Great dealership and crew.
