Kevin & his team went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service as my vehicle was being quit difficult as they took care of the special bulletin for me. Definitely looking to purchase our next vehicle there!
Thanks to H&K, Eric Lirot, and James Vic for going above and beyond to handle details outside their control and make this my easiest car purchase to date. It is very hard to find a straight-up dealer that doesn't play games and run a customer in circles to the point of wanting to walk out. Other dealers could learn a lot from H&K on how to take care of the customer and sell a car. Making the trip from Toledo was well worth the time and miles. The only negative is having to wait so long to buy here again.
You can't beat the service! We especially love Janet Wagner--she spoils us!
