David was very nice and informative
On September 25, 2025. I took my car to get a front end inspection done because of a vibration throughout my front end, and steering wheel. As seen in video #1, I was charged an absurd amount of money for 1.5hours of labor when my car had sat in the shop for most of the time. My dashcam picked up from 11:22AM-11:45AM of when my car was started up, put on the lift for about 3 minutes, and drove for approximately 9 minutes to see what the cause of vibration was. BiCal on Flatbush ave. Bklyn is a great place to purchase a car. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesman Andre was the best. He answered all our questions, went over every inch of the car and explained all the buttons and functions. Would definitely recommend BiCal and Andre!
