8/8/26 Today, I would like to update my review by saying thanks again for another great experience at GMC Bical and to my advisor and my mechanic. Thumbs up. I had a great service experience, and I would like to thank Bical Auto-mall for that . The staff were very helpful and welcoming, even going the extra mile. I would also like to thank the auto advisor Sheldon for his help and his advice, but most importantly for being honest with me. Thank you to everyone there. I will see you guys on the next visit.
My wife, Rosemary, and I went to Kristal Auto Mall on Sunday to look at GMC cars, we were greeted by Charles "Griff" Griffin. He showed us the SUV that we were interested in and explained all the details involved with the purchase. We purchased a GMC Acadia Denali at a very low price compared to the manufacturer's suggested price. By Monday afternoon the Acadia was in our garage. I am very disappointed with the service department. My new Cadillac Lyriq is still under warranty and has only a minor issue—the driver’s seat will not adjust its position. When I brought my car in, I was told to leave it for two days. After those two days, I called to check on the status, only to find out that no one had even looked at my vehicle.
