Do not work for them or live there. They have been hitting my credit for money we did not owe, when in fact, they owed us a lot of money for maintenance and make-readies. I have never dealt with a nastier, more crooked company in my life and am working to fight this. Having homeless people getting in the building now because of the side door not locked like it should have been for months just now passed a homeless man by the office door charging his phone been there for hours. From at least 930-almost 4 am now....
Have better maintenance. Have better management.
Beautiful, antique but elegant building! Lofts are amazing & rents are too!
