For international people like me, the whole immigration process and paperwork can be very intimidating. Kim’s office and staff is an expert in what they do. Mrs. Buhler-Thomas is toxic. She's got kind of a 90/10 rule. 10% of her time is spend doing actual work on your case. Then the other 90% is when her chaos causes her to mess up on your case, the 90% is spent schmoozing and doing everything she can to not get you to write a negative review. Trust me, I know. Kim was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very well connected.
