I have a DR Horton home which is still under warranty. When my air conditioner started to trip off at the electrical panel I learned from the air conditioning company that there was a hot spot behind the electrical panel that was likely causing the problem. I unfortunately had a very poor experience with Buel Electric during warranty work at my new build DRB home. An electrician from this company was sent to remove and reinstall the front porch canopy so a light fixture could be addressed. Before the builder’s superintendent even arrived onsite, the electrician began removing the canopy despite me politely asking him to wait. When the electrician removed and reinstalled the canopy without permission, the mounting bracket hardware was left visibly misaligned and uneven. The bolt... read more

Buhl wired a new construction house for my fiancé and myself. We had a problem with one of the GFI outlets in the kitchen that led to two other outlets not working. I submitted a warranty request with my contractor and Buhl reached out within two days. The electrician who came to resolve the problem was kind, professional, and took care of the problem quickly.

Terrible experience with Buhl Electric. After damaging our countertops and blacksplash and failing to address the issue, the electrician became aggressive and rude. My partner was alone in the house with this electrician and was too frightened to ask him to leave. He would not provide his name when asked. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
