Best place ever for bugs stuff that actually work!!!!!
We are on acreage with four homes and were overrun with cutter ants and gophers. Previous pest control company was unable to get rid of them (after multiple treatments) and they were getting worse over the last year. Out of desperation, I contacted a retired pest control fellow I have known for many year for his advice. He gave me Cole’s phone number. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Bugtime. Their technicians are highly competent. Previously, I had been purchasing chemicals from Humble store to perform misting system maintenance myself. However, when I encountered an issue I couldn't resolve, Mike promptly arrived at my house and had the system operational in approximately 15 minutes. The service was top-notch in every aspect. My only regret was not calling them earlier.
Eric is an excellent technician. He did a great job at listening, remembering, and providing exceptional service. Thank you!
