I ordered what was supposed to be gypsy moth lure/bait. I received it, hung it outside in a trap but it lured not one single moth. Turns out the company requires you to order the entire kit and stated the lure wouldn't work if I had a prior infestation; e.g. last year. What?? They refused to refund my $7.60 and more or less told me I had failed to read the fine print regarding this product. They are NOT customer friendly and tend to take the high ground with their customers. NEVER WILL ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
I purchased some rodent traps awhile back, and 2 out of the 3 traps quit working within two days. I emailed the company - no reply. I called and left voicemail - no reply. I got an email from them asking for product review, which I left, and my review was removed.
