After signing up for service 2 days ago, I was sent an email that a termite inspector would be here between 9:30 and 11:00. I wasted an hour and a half waiting and never got a call, text or an apology. I called customer service and they said the technician would call me. At 2:00 I called again and said no one has called am I still waiting for him to come this afternoon? No one ever showed up and no one ever called. Unbelievable disrespect for a client's time. I am filing a dispute to get my money back
