They tried to scam us - They have a contract with our large association (SPB) to treat bugs. I called them because I had ants and they came out and put 2 black baits on my kitchen counter - that is all they did. The ants ignored the traps so I called 2 weeks later and said the traps did not work and could they spray or something. So they came out and sprayed. This only upset the ants.
