Jill is very knowledgable about Wasps and Yellowjackets. She was there with sound advice over the phone (late at night) and bright & early the next day, she was right there spotting 3 infestations and recognizing right where to look. She handled our Yellowjacket invasion without any injuries to us or her. She was amazing as she explained everything to us as she worked. I will definitely call her again and again. No recurrence so far.
