I used Bug Pro to exterminate my home and I wish I would have gone with a different company. Very next day STILL had ants and roaches. Everything about this co. Is horrible, they use very cheap poison that doesn't work at all. They sure put on a good act tho by spraying alot but it's harmless trust me. But they will take your money, I should have known when it was the cheapest price compared to other companys. #unhappycustomer
Very poor customer service and poor customer communication. You will find if you have an issue with their service it’s because your issue isn’t covered. You’ll have to pay more!! Very rude office staff as well. There’s several pest control companies out there! Don’t do what I did. Find a reputable one!!!
