I have not had a great experience with Bug Pro. Mostly with office staff. Some there doesn’t have good customer service. Multiple times I’ve scheduled and they’ve given their person that sprays in the wrong time. The times that I have had to reschedule I get attitude, first they wouldn’t ask me times they would just send a notice in the mail that I would never get. This last time was enough for me. Eli Carey had good manners and did an excellent job, i would recommend bug pro and eli carey to anyone who needed pest control services.
First of all, they came out saying they sprayed outside of the house when it was raining outside ... second, they sprayed my dog in the face!!!!!! VERY UPSET ! one guy came out and saw a bee's nest and laughed at us about it and said it was gonna be 500 dollars to be removed. I do not trust these people, especially when it comes to your fur babies ! Canceled
