As we had had some issues in the past with a couple of our former techs, I would like to give Brian McCulley some kudos!!! He is the most respectful, genuine tech we have ever had! He came out on an extra call trip once to take care of some hornets for us, and got stung multiple times!! He took it all in stride. He is extremely considerate of our dog and cats, ALWAYS turns the water bowl over before he sprays, and refills it when he is done. He is 100% courteous--always! Brian McCulley has been my service tech for quite a while now. He is such a nice person and I really enjoy his friendliness and his willingness to work with me when I have questions or need something done. I have been with Bug Out for 20 plus years and I can honestly say that Brian is the best technician I’ve had. He’s very pleasant and I’m not worried about being around him when I’m home alone!
