Bugmasters was initially hired by the couple whose house we bought to do a pre-sale termite inspection. We were impressed with their report and subsequently hired Bugmasters to fumigate the house and repair the fascia. It’s hard to get super excited about a termite company, but Bugmasters did everything we expected of them. They were prompt, communicated clearly, and did not exceed the estimated cost in completing the repair work. I would use this company again!
Giving them 1 star because when my landlord hired them to tent for termite the people who showed up to perform the service were caught on camera going through my stuff instead of doing their job. They went through my personal mail, and were looking around for valuables. They went through the bags that they tell you to wrap and put in the fridge and didn’t close the fridge afterwards and my food went bad. They tented for 3 days max.
