My pest control person (Kevin) is always so polite and asks me if I've had any problems at all with pests of any kind. One time last year i found & caught a bug on my patio and showed it to him (since I didn't know what it was) and he knew exactly what bug it was, why it was on my patio and asked me to call him if it appears again after the current treatment he gave my property. I have never had a problem with them and would reccommend them to all my family and friends! :)
