Mr. Buggs and his staff provided exceptional service to my family and me after my husband passed. From the very beginning, he guided us through the difficult process which resulted in a spectacular funeral and burial for my husband. When I called there was always someone on his staff to assist me, and they answered my questions without hesitation. Thank you all for a job well done.

I don't have enough word to say thank you to Brucia and the Buggs Funeral home.They took good care of my dad six years ago and did a great job I was so pleased with the service,the caring and the compassion, following my dad passing I made pre-arrangement for my mom. My mom passed two months ago I was was and I'm still in pain for mom, Brucia was so helpful and compassionate, she made the moment easier to prepare and made my mom looked as beautiful as she was. One of the hardest things to do is to find a funeral home for one of your parents, especially in a city you don't live. I am so glad I chose Buggs Funeral Home. Brucia and her staff are seriously top-notch in service, kindness, and as people. They took amazing care of my dad. I am so grateful for their hospitality and expertise. Every step of the way has been easier to deal with because of their great service. They are a gem in Melbourne. I can't recommend them more.
