After waiting 45 minutes for the appnt, I tracked him down - he was on his way. Should have cancelled right then! He showed up and sprayed 'something'. A week later I still had bugs, I called him back. He offered another spray, but it would be 10 days later. We made an appnt for 11:00; at 11:45 I called him.
