We haven given a 1 star because I was not happy how they spoke to my wife over the phone for the quote. I decided to write a review because I thought I was only customer who had a bad experience and thank you Sunish for mentioning in your review. This was a few months ago we are based in Point Cook and the male on the phone was angry and very disrespectful making the booking. Antonio arrived on time, presented himself well and was very informative regarding what chemicals were being used and what the job involved. Antonio is a true asset to the company.
