Had a great experience with this pest control service. Booking was easy, the team was punctual and very knowledgeable. They inspected the house properly, explained the treatment process, and answered all my questions patiently. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Communication was clear, friendly, and professional, and they kept us updated throughout the whole process. Arrived on time, did a thorough job, and made everything stress-free. Called regarding an urgent pest control issue after hours, as I assumed emergency enquiries would be acceptable for a pest control business with a mobile number publicly listed. Instead of simply advising they were closed, the person who answered was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, saying, “Call back tomorrow, I didn’t answer the first call in the first place.
