Great team of professionals. Always had good experiences with this practice
Called 3 times for a referral for ultrasound, first 2 times we were told that they’d have it sent over the same day, after a week of chasing it up we called the 3rd time and they told us we’d have to go back for another consultation and that we wouldn’t get a referral otherwise despite the doctor saying just to call for the referral after our initial consult. Then when I said we didn’t want another consult I was hung up on. Unprofessional. Terrible service.
