Very disappointed Indeed. We've been coming here for birthdays and special occasions for many years and loving the ribs as well as the whole experience. However, in the last 1 to 2 years Something has changed for sure. The ribs still taste incredible (mostly all about the BBQ sauce) ....but a much less meaty version from years ago and the Killer steak fries......not so much........lukewarm and way under fried. Amazing ribs. Steaks are great. Pineapple infused vodka. Cant go wrong.
I used to remember this place for its ridiculous talking animals, stuffed animals (not the fluffy kind), and good food for a chain restaurant. However, over time since their opening I've watched as the food and service has slipped. They even cut back on the animatronic animals and the talking tree as well. The last time I went, the food wasn't that good and the place had become just another chain restaurant.
