Jacob contacted us just prior to arrival and then made sure to ask whether we had any issues that needed addressing. We are never concerned about trustworthiness or the chemical. We do not have insects in our home and we highly recommend this service. Jacob was a recent hire and he was very professional and friendly. Rate him very highly. Loves his job and the company.
