One star is the lowest I could go.. nothing is said on the phone or on websites about charging you 75 bucks to come give you a quote. At least I cant find it. None of the other charged for giving a quote. Next time tell your customer your going to charge them to get a quote.
Great service. Technician was wonderful.
This company was a mess to deal with. I scheduled my appointment with the owner. He scheduled a 2 hour window. After explaining to him that I'm a realtor and the property is unoccupied he scheduled a firm appointment time and promised the tech would be there at the appointed time rather than a window. 20 minutes after I waited on site for the tech to show up I called the office.
