SHOUT OUT TO STORE MANAGER DOUG! I had 1 million questions on bed bugs and he took the time to explain and educate me about what I needed to do. He was honest and an expert on the products that were available. Doug made me feel confident on how to properly and effectively take care of my problem without breaking the bank! There was a strange man working the store on the weekend that we went. I’m still not sure if I bought the right thing. But people rave about their products so we’re crossing our fingers. Apparently if you go during the week, you usually encounter the owner and he has great reviews.
