These people are the worst. They tell me that the weak signal I receive now is normal, but when the tech was here checking signal strength when I was signing up, he tells me I get a good, strong one, and I should be good with the 2M/1M package. Lies. This is exactly like the problem I had years back with a different provider who overloaded their satellite space. I have been a Bug Tussel customer for over 5 years and I simply love them. I have had no problems and had great internet services and customer service. I will not ever change internet companies and I appreciate all their service. Thank you Bug Tussel and many more years to come.
Been with them over 3 years. Been having lots of problems. Can't seem to help and can't upgrade because they added too many to the tower. It's a joke!!!!
