been a customer for several years now, they blow centurylink DSL out of the water in my area. If a problem comes up they are quick to take care of it for me. The tech who installed the dish was awesome. Hoping they offer fiber to my house soon
absolute garbage, closest to the tower in my area and I'm only receiving a couple hundred Kbps. we upgraded so it's supposed to be 25 Mbps but I guess Fuck us, right? Unacceptable, I hope no one has to pay this company unless it's their only option, this is just pitiful.
Last fall Bug tussel installed thier fiber optic cable thru the ditch in front of my house they had dug 3 large holes and a 4th smaller one. The holes were covered with flimsy plywood all winter. This spring they came installed the box and half assed filled holes. The small hole which was a hazard they completely forgot, the large one they did fill was still a large low spot no grass was replanted. Very poor internet service. We are south of the Rapids. Less than 1 meg download speed is common.
They used to have a good service, but now there are outages all the time. Back when it was reliable, I got rid of my landline. Now I often don't have any cell phone access when there's an internet outage, which is daily. They don't return phone calls.
worst isp ever, how they get away with this is astonishing
Worst WiFi I have ever had. Service to your home to make repairs takes DAYS!!!
Generally do not return phone calls. When they do accept a call, abusive and place blame elsewhere. They take your money and do little for the rural people they profess to help. Shame on the owners. Pirates and profiteers.
This internet service is awesome! Ive been with them for over a year now and had no problems until now. Yesterday I had no internet so I called Bug Tussles customer service. The person there talked me thru steps to get the internet working to no avail so he said he was going to write up a ticket and another person would call me. That person called me within the hour and said they would send someone out today. The repair men were here within I say a hour and a half.
