Just wanted to come here to leave a positive review of a local company. We have called Bug Scout 3 times now, for different issues in the past 3 years. Rob is quick to call back and set up an app. For an emergent issue, he was out right away. For non-emergent, he still comes super quick! Rob was thorough when assessing our ant issue. I appreciate him coming out last minute and he seems honest, we will definitely be using him for any pest control issues we may have in the future.
Rob came out on a day's notice on a Sunday, to treat yellow jackets that were coming into my home through a hole they made in the sheetrock. He was quick, professional and got rid of the yellow jackets. Very reasonably priced, too!
There is no one better. He is very responsive and caring and does a wonderful job. He’s very professional and worth every Penny. Highly recommend!
