We have had a quarterly contract with Bug Pro for about seven years. Always on time, always professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Five years later we are still using BugPro and are extremely happy with the services they provide. We have added termite control in the past year. Jason is our usual tech and he is a pleasure to work with. He patiently answers any questions my husband comes up with.
Had an Ant problem and Jason came out and took care of it. I was on a conference call the entire time and he professionally 2nd edit Jason called my wife since I couldn’t talk and walked through a full breakdown of everything he did and where the stuff was placed that could be hazardous to our kids since he observed a child lock. Great experience 10/10
I started using Bug Pro years ago. I met Tammi at a gathering and wanted to support a fellow Widow. I didn't realize what a great company they were at the time. Almost 10 years later, I can say without a doubt, they are a wonderful company with great people. They always show up on time and are happy to answer questions. Jason and David have been wonderful. So have all the other employees. They've helped with termites and pest care in two houses and pool build over the years. Highly recommended!!
