I called Bugout several weeks ago regarding a problem I was having with mice in my garage and basement. I was fortunate enough to get Robert Jones as my residential inspector. He was able to identify and correct the problem as well as to point out some termite damage that needed to be addressed. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure that all issues were addressed.
