Horrible experience with Bugout. I kept their service for several years, and could never get a regular schedule for my quarterly treatment. My wife and I called them and wrote them multiple times to have them coordinate what day the service would be performed. Unfortunately, a technician would always show up with no notice. Most of the time, when that happened, they would just make a two minute round in the yard and then be gone until the next quarter. I called this business 3 months ago to come help exterminate spiders outside of my house...they never showed but yet charged my card for 3 months all at once all of a sudden..PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOU'RE BUSINESS OR GIVE THEM ANY OF YOU'RE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION...they will just scam you out of your money
