Technician was prompt, polite, informed, determined to locate missing termite bait stations. Would love for this technician to return for my regular annual service inspection.
Been using BugOut for years. Technicians are always very polite &.notify us if any issues. They let us know when they arrive so dog will be indoors too.
I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by technician, Daryl. He was prompt, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend services to others based on this positive experience.
James Hamilton is phenomenal! He called and scheduled my service 2 days in advance so I could arrange for my dogs to be secured. When the schedule was changed and my service was unexpectedly assigned to someone else, he fixed the issue and came to do my service since the other tech was going to be HOURS before they got there. Top notch service and allowed me to go about my day and not have to sit around waiting for someone to show up.
